Social media marketing

What is social media marketing?

Social media marketing is the process of using social media to achieve measurable goals.

In such a rapidly expanding industry, many people present themselves as experts despite having little or no client-facing experience. By contrast, I took on my first social media marketing project back in 2009. Now I’m in a position where I’ve delivered campaigns across an array of channels, including:

  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • Vimeo
  • WordPress

Social media that gets results

As an experienced B2B and B2C social media marketing consultant, I can provide help at every stage of the process:

  • Social media consultancy – auditing existing social media profiles and identifying any strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Social media strategy – establishing your organisation’s key social media goals and identifying what steps need to be taken to achieve them
  • Social media account setup – creating new profiles to help you reach your target audience wherever they spend time online
  • Social media guidelines – setting out rules and best-practice principles tailored towards your organisation
  • Social media training – giving you the skills to build and maintain successful accounts
  • Social media management – running campaigns on a day-to-day basis

We have a large US based client looking to ramp up their social media presence and are looking to outsource this as an ongoing project to a social media manager. Could you let me know whether you’re currently available for new projects? Regards, Sophie Chatterbox Consultancy Ltd.

Hi Sophie, thanks for your message but I’m afraid I’m not available at the moment. Best of luck with the project though.
